RETURNS Kalash undertakes to supply goods of merchantable quality. Goods with manufacturing defects may be returned, if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. Faulty goods will be exchanged if in stock, otherwise credit given. Please quote original invoice number with all returns. Goods selected incorrectly cannot be returned if you change your mind- please choose carefully. TERMS Kalash requires full payment of invoice value prior to dispatch. ORDERING Minimum $100 order, before GST FOR WHOLESALE CLIENTS All items not in stock are backordered unless otherwise stated. GST will be charged on all items at the rate of 10% (items listed AT WHOLESALE PRICE are GST exclusive) Orders usually take 3-4 days to process, however if you require items urgently, please notify us of your requirements. Shipping Costs: Kalash Beads sends by Australia Post Express within Australia. (If you wish to use your own freight company, please advise.) Rates are based on the weight of the order. Less than 500gm= $10 postage & handling Less than 3kg= $15 postage & handling Over 3kg- at cost. We will advise cost prior to sending the order. Overseas orders- at cost.
